To expand understanding, we provide general diversity and inclusion training to all colleagues and specialized training for our leaders. Interactive learning activities such as workshops and skill builders help colleagues gain insight on relating to others, embracing diversity and valuing differences.

Diversity learning is facilitated through a variety of methods, including online training courses as well as interactive discussions and hands-on learning.

In order to create greater organizational awareness of the power of diversity, each Colleague Resource Group takes specific actions to address the unique needs of the populations within our company and our markets.

We have more than 50% of our colleagues involved in one or more CRGs, engaging in more than 110 colleague and community events each year.
