Gus Hernandez

Gus Hernandez joined Associated Bank in October 2019 and is the senior vice president and market leader of corporate banking. He is responsible for leading a corporate banking team in its business development and client relationship efforts for the southeastern Wisconsin market.

Hernandez brings more than 30 years of banking experience to Associated Bank. Most recently, he held the position of Milwaukee regional president at Johnson Bank. Prior to that, he served in leadership positions in commercial banking at BMO Harris Bank/M&I Bank.

Hernandez holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He serves on the board for Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of Commerce, Ascend Talent Strategies and Waukesha County Business Alliance Economic Development Policy committee.

Dennis DeLoye

Dennis DeLoye is responsible for the management and growth of the corporate banking line of business in the Northeast Wisconsin and Fox Valley Region.

DeLoye joined Associated Bank in 2016 and has more than 30 years of industry experience including a strong background in commercial banking and sales leadership. Dennis also serves as EVP, Head of Community Markets. Previously, he held commercial banking leadership roles with BMO Harris Bank in Wausau and J.P. Morgan Chase in Milwaukee. Dennis currently serves on the Board of Directors of The New North and The Greater Green Bay Community Foundation.

Adam Lutostanski

Adam Lutostanski joined Associated Bank in 2010 and is currently the head of Commercial banking in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri and Texas. His groups are responsible for generating and managing relationships with middle market businesses and large corporations headquartered in those states.

Lutostanski’s teams provide working capital, term loan, acquisition and capital expenditures credit facilities, along with a full array of non-credit banking services. With 20 years in commercial banking, Lutostanski previously held positions at The PrivateBank & Trust Company and LaSalle Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois.
